Services
We provide web and mobile application development, custom software, ERP, AI and API integration, UI/UX design, hosting and maintenance. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, access and timely feedback.
- Ensure you hold rights to any materials you supply to us.
- Delays in approvals or content may extend timelines and costs.
Payments
Fees are invoiced in milestones as agreed. Invoices are due within the stated period; late payments may pause work and attract reasonable interest. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licences, APIs) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of custom code and deliverables created for you transfers to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and to open-source or third-party components under their own licences.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep the other’s non-public business and technical information confidential and use it only for the project.
Warranties and Support
We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed specification. Defects reported within the agreed warranty period are fixed free of charge. Beyond that, support is available under a maintenance plan. Services are otherwise provided “as is”.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JeetCraft Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice if the other materially breaches these terms and does not cure within 15 days. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or copy our content without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
